Sports season is starting up again, which means my Saturdays are once again filled with loud children and photo-taking; fun stuff. I had a shoot in Flagstaff on Saturday, so my parents tagged along and we stayed the night. The weather was a nice change, though it started pouring down rain in the afternoon, literally minutes after we were done shooting. Talk about close timing! Anyway, I’m not a huge fan of Flagstaff, but it was a nice change of scenery. And now I’m quite sore from squatting up and down for 19 rolls worth of photos. Oucchh.
Oh, and I found this fun little squishy pig thing at the dollar store, and for whatever reason, I found it really amusing. Plus, it’s filled with air, so it’s safe to use as a stress ball. Unlike those little squishy liquid-filled tubes that can be catastrophic to computers if the user is over-stressed.
On the way back, we stopped at my grandparent’s house to celebrate their anniversary and my grandma’s birthday.
They have quite a little zoo of animals (okay, maybe not that many), including a new cat and a new-ish little dog, who does this adorable little head-turned-to-the-side thing. Also, he’s clearly a lap dog!
Also, my Aunt has a Harley bike, so clearly my dad had to try it out (complete with the Hitler-helmit).
